1. There shall be such committees appointed from the general membership as deemed necessary by the Executive Board and/or the general membership to properly execute all of the NWAB programs and activities.
2. The President shall appoint Committee chairpersons as deemed necessary.
3. The term of each committee shall be determined by the Executive Board or general membership, and may be perpetual.

As per the request of membership, a special committee was formed (May 2013) to discuss and propose solutions to concession systems and responsibilities.
